More Fun With Garmin EPOC

Garmin 1040 Load Focus 28-day Summary

Garmin EPOC – A definition Since restarting regular training in February, I’ve come to enjoy the Garmin Connect Ecosystem and Garmin EPOC. EPOC is an acronym that stands for: “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption”. It means this: When you exercise, you burn fat and carbs. The ratios of fat and carbs burned for fuel, depend on […]

Looking For Ways to Improve REM and DEEP Sleep

Garmin Sleep Score

I Made my Eight-Hour Goal Last Night, But I Know I can Do Better Yesterday’s ride was refreshing. I may try to get outside again today, but the clock is conspiring against me. Last night, I kept my alcohol consumption down to one glass of wine. I also had a nightcap of 12oz of milk. […]

18 Rides With the Fox DPX2 and ShockWiz

The Fox DPX2 With the ShockWiz Suspension Tuner Reveals a LOT of information! After several months spent on Peavine Peak in Northern Nevada, I have been able to come to several conclusions about my Fox DPX2 Rear Suspension. To review; I have a 2012 Trek Superfly 100 Pro, with just 100mm of rear travel. The […]

Visualize Your Warmup With SmO2

We Use a Moxy Monitor, a Vo2 Master, PerfPro Studio, and Xert To Show a PROPER Warmup I continue to learn something almost daily when it comes to mixing Physics and Physiology. Xert Taper

Xert Taper and Building the 5MMP Breakthrough Workout   I’m just five days out from my Peak Performance, and it’s time for the Xert Taper. A Simple Proposal.

I’m offering my readers, coaching clients, and prospective readers A Simple Proposal.

I’ll be placing my past and future webinars behind this paywall, and instead of offering separate charges for Webinars, I’m going to fold them in with the blog membership.

You’ll be able to read all the blog’s contents, watch past webinars, all future webinars, and their recordings, for $9.99 a month.

I MAY offer Group Fitness Classes through the blog membership when that becomes available; we’re not there yet, so we’ll have to see.

Anyway, I’d like to hear your opinion. The Xert Daily Ditties take about an hour each, and of course, Webinars take time, but they work best when there’s lots of interaction and they’re set to a regular schedule.

With that, here’s the Webinar from January 1st. I’ll post a blog later today.

Thanks for Reading, and Enjoy the Ride!
