A Simple Proposal.
I’m offering my readers, coaching clients, and prospective readers A Simple Proposal.
I’ll be placing my past and future webinars behind this paywall, and instead of offering separate charges for Webinars, I’m going to fold them in with the blog membership.
You’ll be able to read all the blog’s contents, watch past webinars, all future webinars, and their recordings, for $9.99 a month.
I MAY offer Group Fitness Classes through the blog membership when that becomes available; we’re not there yet, so we’ll have to see.
Anyway, I’d like to hear your opinion. The Xert Daily Ditties take about an hour each, and of course, Webinars take time, but they work best when there’s lots of interaction and they’re set to a regular schedule.
With that, here’s the Webinar from January 1st. I’ll post a blog later today.
Thanks for Reading, and Enjoy the Ride!

What’s On Your Garmin?
I frequently get this question. “What’s on your Garmin?” “What’s on your Screen?” “What do your Profiles look like?” How do you set up your Xert Training Fields, and in what order?
In this post, I’ll walk you through the entire process.
Updating the OLD Xert Garmin Fields With the NEW Xert Garmin Fields – A Video Tutorial.

It’s still a great demonstration of how to get into the old Xert Garmin fields and update them. It also shows what the Garmin Xert Field displays now provide. In Summary: In early March, Xert […]

Let’s start with the “Stress” Chart in Xert.

Xert In a Crit: Prime Win and Victory!

Travis Pope is a big guy with a big engine. He loves to ride, loves to race, loves Xert, and he loves to train with it. He has been a client for years, but has suffered several crashes that left him on the sidelines. It also affected his training consistency.
But this year has been a different story. Travis has trained consistently. In early June, he bought a Garmin 1000 and began training with Xert Fields.
