Saturday’s Big Ride – Let’s Make Up For Lost Volume!

Working With Xert XSS, Focus, and Deficit

Today's XSS and FOCUS Goals
Recommendations for Saturday’s Ride for XSS Volume and FOCUS

This is REALLY fun. Working with Xert XSS, my Goal for the day is 121 XSS, and my XSS deficit is just 134 points. Today’s ride, however, will probably be about 250 XSS, given the vertical requirements.

Let’s also look at my 20 MMP values per Xert.

Xert shows my 20MMP Possibility to be at 285 watts.

I MAY try to achieve that today out on the hill. We’ll see. I usually can’t pull this off, but I’m going to load the segment and the goal in my Xert Segment Hunter, and Give it a shot.

I’ll edit this post later, after the ride, along with another post-ride individual post. We’re headed out. You can follow our ride by friending me up on Garmin Connect.
