Description
The Carbon Plan is meant for the client who wants to work closely with Coach Wharton on a 1:1, almost-daily basis. Planning and programming are more dynamic, and are frequently altered as needed in response to the client’s feedback. As fitness improves, Coach Wharton will to continue making adjustments as needed, ensuring time-appropriate adaptation and effective recovery.
- Duration: 1 month.
- Support: Coach Wharton observes and coaches each workout in real time, developing and tuning your custom Progression and Periodization, and helps you understand how to use Critical Power and W’ metrics not just when training, but also in competition. We also help you set up a smart Garmin device so you can see your metrics on the road as well as in the studio.
- Please note this plan is limited to just 1 or 2 clients per quarter.
