Now Taking Signups for JAN to MAR Training Program

The Cycling Center of Dallas (sister site, www.cyclingcenterdallas.com) is now taking reservations for the 24-session Winter - Spring '09 Training protocol. We'll start with some steady, heady Vo2max efforts through the month of January. Going in to February, you'll see a step back on the intensity as the duration is drawn out with a bout of Threshold intervals, followed by some Anaerobic efforts. As the Spring draws near, you'll see some phenomenal lung-busting and leg-searing Anaerobic repeats and race simulations.
